Damian is an experienced chartered architectural technologist, chartered building engineer, and certified building surveyor with over 27 years of experience in various architectural and multi-discipline engineering practices, including pharmaceutical, chemical, biotech, and food processing projects within RDS Deutag, AKER Solutions, CB&I, Worley Parsons, Jacobs Engineering, WSP/CEL Process and Industrial Engineering, BG Architecture, and PRC Architects. Damian has extensive experience in all areas of architecture, including commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, and residential sectors. His expertise encompasses the preparation of architectural packages for regulatory and planning applications, extensive detailing knowledge, construction drawings, schedules, and specifications, as well as managing various projects and client liaison. Damian has held roles as a nominated Design Office Manager/Director with PRC Architects, Project Architect, and BG Architecture throughout his career. Damian studied Architecture at Oxford Brooks University through the RIBA Office based examination process.

Ian has over 25 years’ experience as a professional Planner across both the private and public sector throughout Ireland and the UK,  Ian began his career as an Urban Planner with The National Building Agency Ltd, writing development plans and design briefs for various Local Authorities across Ireland. Following a three-year period assessing planning applications for Wexford County Council, Ian moved to the private sector as a Planning Executive for Tesco guiding the roll out of new Tesco stores through the planning process across Ireland. Ian has been in private practice for the last 15 years with a specific focus on the delivery of large housing schemes. Ian also works as a fee per case inspector with An Bord Pleanála.

With a role as accounts manager at Envarq, Isla brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Her proficiency spans across various domains, including financial management, budgeting, and the art of nurturing robust client relationships. Isla’s skill for ensuring adherence to industry standards and her prowess in optimising financial processes, underscore her commitment to excellence. With a dedication to her craft, Isla contributes significantly to Envarq’s endeavors.

Stella is a civil & structural engineer with over 4 years’ experience in both Ireland and Brazil, gathered from various disciplines including structural design, civil engineering works, and site management. A dedicated and hard work professional, who establishes positive and stable business relationships. She is always working to improve her professional and academic skills. Stella has a positive outlook coupled with the ability to work in a team and improve productivity and implementing procedures. She has experience in solving civil & structural engineering problems in a professional manner.

Ríoghnach Quinn is an engineering-trained Technical Project Manager with over four years of international experience delivering technically complex projects across Europe and North America. She has worked across the full project lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing contractors and budgets, and supporting projects from concept through to handover.

With a strong background in engineering delivery and a growing specialism in sustainability, energy efficiency, and low-carbon decision-making, Ríoghnach brings a practical, data-driven approach to project delivery. She holds a First Class Honours degree in Engineering and has completed specialist training in life-cycle assessment and energy management, further strengthening Envarq’s integrated project management and sustainability offering.

Andrew Neligan is a Chartered Principal Civil & Structural Engineer with over 12 years of international experience delivering complex projects across Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. His expertise spans the pharmaceutical, healthcare, education, residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, where he has successfully led multidisciplinary design teams and managed projects from concept through to construction.

Andrew specialises in the design of steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures, combining strong technical capability with practical construction knowledge. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for delivering innovative, efficient, and buildable engineering solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

In addition to his technical expertise, Andrew has extensive experience in project management, client liaison, resource planning, and mentoring junior engineers. His leadership, commercial awareness, and commitment to engineering excellence make him a key member of the ENVARQ team.

With over 15 years of experience in the design, construction, and project management of civil, structural, and architectural projects, Stephen brings a wealth of technical knowledge and industry insight to each project. He is highly skilled in navigating complex building and planning regulations, as well as health and safety standards, ensuring every aspect of project execution aligns with regulatory requirements. A hands-on leader in the field, Stephen conducts thorough site inspections and rigorously monitors construction progress, meticulously verifying that all work complies with the established project design and specifications. His commitment to quality and adherence to best practices make him a trusted professional in delivering successful, compliant, and high-quality construction outcomes.

Paul is an Architectural Technologist with over six years of postgraduate experience delivering residential and mixed-use developments across Ireland. Based in Cork, Paul has worked on projects from early design through planning, tender, and construction stages, with particular expertise in technical detailing and statutory compliance.

He has contributed to a range of large-scale housing schemes and high-end private residential projects, preparing planning, tender, and construction packages and coordinating closely with clients, planning authorities, and design teams. Paul has a strong interest in sustainable design and building technology and is highly proficient in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD.

Paul holds Honours Degrees in Architectural Technology and Interior Architectural Technology and brings valuable technical and design capability to Envarq’s architectural team

Samanta is an Architectural Designer | BIM Coordinator, bringing 6+ years of experience across Ireland and Brazil, along with a strong background in planning delivery, statutory compliance, and residential / mixed-use projects.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture & Urban Planning and a Master’s in Global BIM Management, Samanta also adds valuable capability to our growing digital delivery and BIM-focused workflows. She has worked on projects from planning stage through to technical design, and is highly proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with strong working knowledge of Revit and BIM coordination.

Micheal is a project civil engineer with experience working on site. He is a strong communicator with ambition to learn, gain experience & create positive business relationships. Micheal has an eagerness to learn & develop his skills as an engineer from his colleague’s vast experience and knowledge in civil & structural engineering. Michael is dedicated to continuous learning and improvement in his field, and he is actively seeking opportunities to enhance his academic standing through further studies in civil & structural engineering.

Jack joins us as a Civil & Structural Engineer, bringing a strong foundation in structural design, geotechnical engineering, and project management. Currently completing his Master’s in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering at the University of Ulster, Jack has already gained hands-on experience through his role with MH Fire Safety Engineers where he developed valuable technical and practical expertise.

With excellent skills in AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam, and a passion for sustainable infrastructure, Jack is eager to contribute to impactful engineering projects while working toward Chartered Engineer status with Engineers Ireland and the Institution of Civil Engineers.
